In this role, I am responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, compiling and managing event documentation, and supporting administrative aspects.
In addition, I am also trusted as the Head of the Consumption Division , which ensures that the consumption logistics needs of participants and committees are met properly during the event. This role requires efficient budget management, as well as good coordination skills to maintain smooth logistics distribution in the field.
This activity not only improved my technical and management skills in emergency situations, but also strengthened my understanding of teamwork and leadership in the field.
